If you want to communicate information that pertains to folder, you can create a folder note. Notes can be used to summarize the contents of a folder or communicate important information regarding their contents.
A note is visible to anyone with permissions to the folder. However, folder notes can only be created and edited by owners and co-owners.
To create a note:
- Using the navigation sidebar at left, select and open the relevant folder.
- From the folder options sidebar at right, select the
icon to toggle open the notes panel.
- Click "type something" to begin typing your note.
- A menu of styling options will appear. You can choose from a variety of options to make the note stand out. You can also add hyperlinks or images to the note.

- When completed, click the Save Note button at bottom.
- To edit your note, simply click anywhere on the existing note text field to open editing options.
