- Select document(s) by clicking the Document Selector, which appears as a transparent circle at the top right of Document Tile. The Document Selector will show a white check mark in a green circle when a document has been selected.
- The Document Action Bar will appear at bottom. Click the appropriate icon to perform one of four actions:
a. Merge: Combine two or more selected documents into a single document.
b. Copy: Duplicate the selected document(s). The duplicated documents will remain in the same location until you choose to move them.
c. Move: Move the selected document(s) to a different location.
d. Delete: Delete the selectedd ocument(s).
Note: All four options are available for documents owners. Documents shared with you may have limited curation options depending on the permission level set by the document owner.
