- In the help center click on “Report a problem” in the upper right corner.
- Fill out the ticket form. If it is an urgent issue, check the "Urgent" box.
- Attach a file or a screenshot if it is necessary.
- Click submit.
You will see a visual confirmation the ticket has been submitted at the top of the webpage. You will also receive an email where you can track and respond to the ticket. Responses from the support team will be sent via email.
