- Navigate to the Help Center and click Report a Problem in the upper right corner of the screen.
Note: The Help Center can be accessed from your Collections by clicking the icon button at the furthest upper right corner of your screen.
- Fill out the ticket form. If it is an urgent issue, check the Urgent box.
- Attach a file or a screenshot if it is necessary.
- Click Submit.
A visual confirmation that the ticket has been submitted will appear at the top of the web page. You will also receive an email containing information on how to track and respond to your ticket. Responses from our Support Team will be sent via email.
