Introducing Analytic Dashboards
Keeeb Analytic Dashboards track user and content metrics over time to provide Administrative users with unprecedented insight into to the flow of knowledge through your organization. Each of the four dashboards displays data per month but can be filtered by a custom date range so that you can track usage patterns over time.
User Dashboard
The User Dashboard provides insight into user adoption and trends across several key metrics. This dashboard tracks user login metrics and core user activities such as Searches, Reads, Collections, Shares, and Comments. View the most active users performing each of these core activities.
Search Dashboard
The Search Dashboard tracks all Discovery search activity, including search terms yielding the most and least subsequent result set click activity. With this dashboard, administrators can track the most frequently accessed data sources to gain insight into user research behavior.
Collections Dashboard
The Collections Dashboard provides insight into content consumption and tracks the most active Collections in the Keeeb Platform that are providing value to users. View the Topics that are appearing most frequently in Discovery Results and the corresponding curators responsible for frequently accessed content.
Document Dashboard
The Document Dashboard provides document level detail that gives insight into the pulse of the organization. Gain insight into the web domains most commonly accessed by your users, including the top read documents and corresponding collections.
Notable Defect Corrections in this release:
- URLs appear as hyperlinks in Folder Notes and Document Detail Notes.
- User Statistics (shared with user click tracking) are available to Folder owners.
- Document Tags and Comments are indexed and searchable via Discovery.
